Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GymPlan (gymplan.site) about using the GymPlan app and website (“GymPlan”). By using GymPlan or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GymPlan. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Health and safety: please read

GymPlan gives general fitness information and tools to plan and log workouts. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for using safe technique, suitable weights and proper equipment.

2. Who can use GymPlan

You must be at least 16 years old. You may use GymPlan without an account (your data then stays only on your device), or create an account to save your data and use it on several devices.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address you can access, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@gymplan.site if you think someone else is using it.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Account.

4. Your content

The workouts, notes and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide GymPlan to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse GymPlan. For example: don’t try to access other people’s data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer it to copy it, use it for anything illegal, or upload harmful or offensive content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Free and paid plans

GymPlan’s core features are free. We may offer a paid subscription (for example “GymPlan Pro”) with extra features. If you subscribe:

• Payments are processed by our payment partner Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, invoices and sales tax. Polar’s terms also apply to the payment.
• The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you pay. A free trial turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the app, or by emailing us. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds follow Polar’s refund policy and the consumer law that applies to you. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, nothing in these terms limits that right.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep GymPlan running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut GymPlan down, we will try to give you notice so you can save your data.

8. Our liability

GymPlan is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries, health problems, or losses that result from your workouts or from relying on information in GymPlan, or for indirect losses such as lost data or lost profits. If we are found responsible for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using GymPlan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app. If you keep using GymPlan after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye handle disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protections that the consumer laws of your country give you.
